Elderberry Syrup - 8oz

{all certified organic}:

-dried elderberry
-cinnamon
-rosehips
-cloves
-ginger root
-turmeric
-local honey
-reverse osmosis water

Recommended dosage:
A tablespoon a day when well and twice a day when sick. If you’ve been diagnosed with the flu, it’s recommended to take every 4 hours.

**Remember to shake your jar well prior to taking and to keep it refrigerated! The jar is good for 6 months when kept refrigerated.**
